It's a card that rarely comes in handy.
You can search for it with 《Mudan the Rikka Fairy》, but by the time you can search for it, it has already been released.
Also, if there are multiple monsters, the opponent will choose the release target, so it is not so effective.
In many cases, the impression is that 《Rikka Konkon》alone is enough.
If you put it in the deck, I think one is good.

Rikka Continuous Spell Cards
The effect of ① is to force the release of 1 monster on the opponent's field when a Rikka monster is released. To put it bluntly, 《Share the Pain》.
The strength of this effect lies in the fact that it "forces the opponent to release", and it can be removed by penetrating resistance.
On the other hand, the weak point is that the opponent chooses which monster to release, so if there are multiple opponent monsters, it cannot be effectively removed.
Also, the activation condition "when his Rikka monster on the field is released" is subtly inconsistent. If you Special Summon "Mudan the Rikka Fairy" to draw in this "Rikka Flurries", in order to activate the effect of this card, you must have "Snowdrop the Rikka Fairy" and another Plant monster at hand, or "Rikka Glamour" or "Rikka Tranquility".》《Rikka Sheet》must be subtracted. I think the luck factor is a little high.
Also, since it is meaningless without opponent's field monsters, it is not a card for the first place, and it is not a very happy card to draw in the first hand.
The second effect is a simple disadvantage. If there is a turn 1 limit, honestly this is unnecessary, isn't it?
It doesn't mesh well with the newly added 《Rikka Konkon》. Because it forces the opponent to release the Rikka monster on his field, which is the trigger.
Using other Trap cards and 《Rikka Glamour》will definitely give you an advantage over lining up 《Rikka Konkon》with this card.
Once in the form of a business trip, I tried lining up 《Rikka Flurries》and ``Do not search Rikka Petal'' ↔ 《Linkuriboh》to infinitely release and negate the attack, but it was completely destroyed by the effect of ②. disappointing! Sorry!

The effect of (1), which forces the opponent to release a monster, has many opportunities to release a "Rikka" monster with a "Rikka" Deck, so I don't think you'll have trouble triggering it.
The self-destruction disadvantage of (2) can be avoided by unifying the monsters of the main deck and EX deck with "Plant", so I think that it will not be a problem with the "Rikka" Deck.

The effect of forcing a release is good, but the bottleneck is where the opponent chooses. These days it's easier to deploy, so it's highly likely that you won't be able to choose the monster you want to remove, as it's easy to line up about 3 monsters. That said, it's a removal that can bypass various resistances because it's your opponent's choice. Also, you can use 《Rikka Tranquility》or 《Rikka Sheet》to pull the trigger during your opponent's turn. Rikka Sheet is hard to use because it honestly lacks power.

His Continuous Spell, which has the effect of correcting the release of monsters to the opponent when his Rikka monster is released, and the disadvantage of self-destructing when monsters other than his Plant are on his field during the opponent's End Phase.
Since it is a forced release by the same opponent as 《Share the Pain》, it breaks through almost all resistances. If the activation of this card goes through, there is a possibility that it can break through even those with strong resistance.
However, since the release is chosen by the opponent, the power will be halved just by strengthening the side. Also, since he is limited to the release of Rikka monsters, it is a pain for Rikka that he seems to be highly expandable and requires a form close to pure construction. Of course, it's a Continuous Spell, so you have to be careful about your opponent's removal.
Should the release trigger be a button or a hellebore? It is also sad that the release of the hand is not a condition for activation.
